    The Ruger Scope Rings were shipped extremely promptly. I am happy to confirm they indeed work well on the Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle. There is a scallop in the bolt handle that works perfectly to allow the R33RR43R-30-RI-32-RU-1-1-1 unit to mount the scope at a good centerline above stock hold (for me) and to barely clear the scope, which in this case is a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24 (LPVO). I greatly appreciate all Morris' help and am impressed with your products. If there is anything I can do to assist, please let me know.

    I am so glad I discovered Alaska Arms. I was struggling to find a viable option for my Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle. I had tried the forward long eye relief, and it didn't work for me. The potential Picatinny rail options seemed to place the scope too high. The Scout Rifle was not on the list of guns for which these mounts would work, so I contacted Mr. Milani. He was extremely helpful and shared a simple trick for determining the proper ring height using playing cards and a caliper. Our collaboration resulted in a perfect fit for my rifle keeping the scope centerline as close to the bore as possible and still (barely) clearing the bolt handle. The product is gorgeous and mounted easily. Fit & finish is excellent. I had it within just a few days of ordering! I am a left-handed shooter and my rifle is also a left-hand bolt action. The option for QD lever location is very convenient, thanks. I can't wait for the chance to get out and shoot and test the return to zero. I fully expect it will be excellent. I strongly recommend working with Morris on your next need for Ruger scope rings. I have a Mini-30 that may be next on the list.
