Allows two additional rounds in the magazine of the standard Ruger M77 in the .30-06 family of cartridges i.e., .35 Whelen, .30-06, .270 Winchester, .280 Remington, .25-06 Remington and similar cartridges.

This floor plate uses all your existing factory parts and is machined from solid 303 stainless steel. Floor plate features an ergonomic shape that allows for a comfortable all-day carry. This has become a standard accessory for Alaskan guides and hunters.

This is my second drop magazine floor plate from Morris. Quality is excellent. Magazine feeding is excellent. Having an extra round or two in one's rifle is always welcome. There is a reason why traditional African magazine fed rifles had a drop box, extra capacity magazine floor plate. Having this extra magazine capacity advantage is just as import today as it has ever been.

I learned of this item through my son, who in turn learned of it from a well known Youtuber (Joseph Von Benedikt). I installed it on a Ruger African in .35 Whelen (the Lipsey's exclusive model). The bluing on the floor plate matches the rifle so closely that it looks like it came installed from the factory. The fit, finish, and workmanship are excellent. The owner of the company responded almost immediately to my request for more information and once I placed my order I received it in short order without any delay. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to increase the ammo capacity of their rifle. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny in my opinion.

6 rounds of 35 Whelen? H3ll yes! Arrived quickly and installed easily. Simply remove the old bottom metal, punch the retaining pin out, switch the floor plates around, and add the original magazine spring and follower. Great product! Just need to one for my 458 Lott!

I put one on my 375 Ruger a couple years ago and have been thoroughly impressed. It installed easily and functions perfectly. I just purchased one for my older MK II stainless boat paddle stock 30/06 with factory open sights. This was the finishing touch for my do all walking rifle. I’ve got two scopes for it mounted in Alaska Arms rings to cover any situation. Feed and function has been flawless.

Easy to install fits great really. I like that it’s stainless. I would buy couple set of rings as well if they were stainless, but southeast Alaska is just too salty to keep up on the rust
